There are 2 areas where the exhibition will be held: 

  • The Salon Belle Epoque + Foyer outside of Salon Belle Epoque
  • The Hotel Halle (another foyer area)

Exhibitors, coffee breaks, and posters will be held in both areas.

  • Sunday, May 4
    • Setup: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Monday, May 5
    • Exhibitor Lightning Round: 9:45-10:15 am
    • Coffee Break & Exhibits: 10:15-10:45 am
    • Coffee Break, Exhibits & Poster Session 1: 3:55-4:25 pm
    • Industry Appreciation Event: 5:30-6:30 pm
  • Tuesday, May 6
    • Coffee Break & Exhibits: 10:35-11:05 am
    • Coffee Break, Exhibits, & Poster Session 2: 4:05-4:35 pm
  • Wednesday, May 7
    • Coffee Break & Exhibits: 10:30-11:00 am
    • Tear Down Completed by 6:00 pm
